Requirement Analysis
• Setup requirement workshop with Client, project owner, functional owner , business experts, and related parties.
• Gather requirements, and prepare documents like functional and non-functional requirements (usability, reliability, performance, and etc).
• Make an agreement with Client on requirement specification, and submit all the requirement specification documents to Client for confirmation and approval.

Solution Design
• Collect all related information and material to build best fit solution.
• Build system model and design on requirement and collected information. And may need to build design and model for development, Business Object model, UI/Operation flow, UI Design, and Etc.

•Need to guide and lead the development as function owner.

• Make agreement with Client on solution design which need to submit or present all the solution design and related document to Client for approval.

. Need to deal with Customer/ Clients’ Complaints: Good communicator

. Arrange and Prepare Meeting Minutes

. To do presentation or do demo to customer

. Able to advise on a range of financial services and decision.

. Work together with different level of staffs from gathering requirements to supporting UAT, trainings and go-live.

. Able to work dependently as well as work with team

• Over 3 Year Experience in Consulting/Application Project. (Prefer Microfinance or Banking)
• Bachelor degree in software engineering ,computer engineering , computer science or related major (Mandatory)
• English (Writing, Speaking : Mandatory )
• Accounting Experience Mandatory.
• Better to know Mifos System Operation and Configuration.
