JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Account Executive to support client service and event coordination. In this role, you will help prepare proposals and event plans, act as a key contact between clients and internal teams and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects. You will also assist in client meetings, manage follow-ups, and track timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth by identifying new client leads and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Regular updates and reporting to the Managing Director will also be part of your responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Assist in preparing campaign proposals and event plans for client presentations
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Coordinate with creative and production teams on event setups, campaigns, and deliverables
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, and report any issues proactively
  • Support client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points
  • Find new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and help maintain long-term partnerships
  • Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and Business Consultant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, client servicing or event coordination
  • Good communication skills in both English and Burmese
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and internal teams
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
