  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Handle administrative duties and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Identify product improvements or new products by collecting current information on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising relevant sales data and activity.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Power
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Reasonable administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
