Job Description
• Manage new corporate and individual clients delivered by sales.
• Nurture clients and handle any issues that may arise.
• Oversee contract renewals
• Handling customer complaints.
• Proactively manage both the clients and the client database.
• Coordinate and effectively communicate with Directors, logistics and other sales team members, sharing client information.

Skill Requirement
• Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of the geography of Yangon.
• Proven sales or Account Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.
• Outgoing and engaged.
