• Designing and supervising construction projects
• Estimating costs and personnel and material needs, preparing proposals and establishing completion dates.
• Demonstrating expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Preparing and compiling drawing and documents.
• Coordinating with M&E
• Discussing with clients and developing proposed architectural designs.
• Planning the maintenance tasks; such as corrective, preventive and predicated maintenance actions of the whole project.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Holder of B.E (Civil), AGTI (Civil).
• Can use AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Internet & Email.
• Minimum 5 year experience in related field.
• Those with Int’l experience are more preferable. Fluency in both oral and written
• English. Good knowledge of Computer application. Must be able to lead the project team.
