A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage site operations, subcontractors, and building maintenance services.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, addressing complaints and logging issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Develop preventive maintenance and enhancement plans to reduce breakdowns.
  • Support other CDSG business units as needed.
  • Prepare reports and recommend actions to the Facilities Manager and Head of Department.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • 5+ years of experience in M&E and Facility Management.
  • Holding a Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or AGTI..
  • Strong teamwork, management and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in building maintenance, safety protocols, and energy-saving initiatives.
