Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Channel to lead our growing DevOps team and drive the development and delivery of exceptional mobile and digital applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the long-term vision for our digital applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor team of developers, engineers, and QA specialists from the partners.

Technical Leadership:

• Streamline the digital channels in the company and also review the current pain points in the systems.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

DevOps Implementation:

• Establish and implement robust DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address issues.

Product Delivery:

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital products.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

•  8+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)

• Strong proficiency in mobile app development (iOS and Android) and backend technologies (PHP, Python, Java).
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Project Management and Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
