• Need to research and analyze Bank’s market trends, demographics, pricing strategy, competitor activities, and other relevant information.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, finance, and operations departments to forecast sales, price movements, costs etc.,
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams
• Keep abreast of marketing strategies and trends
• Manage and direct internal sources and external agencies/vendors to successfully navigate all phases of product marketing, including advertising, public relations, social media, product launches, special events, and trade and consumer promotions.
• Manage, maintain and regularly update all web content in both English and Burmese
• Work with different business units to make sure their product and service information is always up to date on the website, and to advise them on how best to present the information to their target audience
• Establish press and media contacts
• Guide work operations through the establishment of objectives, policies, rules, practices, methods and standards
• Establish and communicate department goals and objectives, set team and department KPIs.
