- Planning and implementing operations including development of clear
objectives, promotional plan, and concept; working with a cross-functional team to
implement: reporting on the success
- Monitoring and liaising with external websites regarding listings and marketing
materials
- Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies
- Research audiences and identify companies within different target markets as
agreed with the Marketing Manager – arrange introductions or offers
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities or target market
- Maintaining brand standards throughout all communication
- Writing and distributing press releases to the media channel
- Planning and managing company events
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and ROI
- Confident presenting in pitches and presentations to senior management level
- Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities to sale team and
engineer team
- Supporting the implementation for the marketing materials developing
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with team and timeline management

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Will ideally hold a marketing related degree and Bachelor degree in Business or
related fields
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experiences
- Experience developing a marketing strategy required
- Can demonstrate success in a fast-paced ‘start-up mentality’ business, where
change is frequent
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational and administration skills
- Strategic leadership ability and strong attention to detail
- Proven experiences as assistant manager or business administration or related fields
preferred
- Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative and good
interpersonal skill
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
