1.     Lead the construction site project team, subcontractors, owner’s consultants and representatives to ensure optimal alignment and efficient systems installation. 
2.    Prepare and manage the contract item’s list for all components, materials, and systems to ensure that all key target dates are in compliance with the project schedule with the appropriate approval status.
3.    Application and communication procedure to HPBC, YCDC, YESC and other governmental buildings.
4.    Participate in schedule update meetings and provide the latest information for an informed and accurate schedule. 
5.    Evaluate and manage the processing of RFI’s and prepare S.I. for any changes.
6.    Communicate with Project Manager, Project Director, Consultants, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Property Management Team and the General Workforce involved in the project.
7.    Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied and prepare of design reports and design calculation of MEP systems.
8.    Evaluating site reports, design drawings and overseeing quality control and health safety matters within the project.

1.    B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited academic institution.
2.    Working Experience in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia or Cambodia.   
3.    Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing large construction projects.
4.    In-depth knowledge of Local Code and Singapore Code.
5.    In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing techniques.
6.    In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and concepts.
7.    Excellent communication skills in English– oral and written as well as presentation skills.
8.    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools, ACAD and software relevant to job functions.
9.    Minimum of (10) years’ post BSc qualification experience with a minimum of (6) years’ managing large construction/commercial projects with primary responsibility for mechanical/electrical and plumbing systems. OR
10.    Equivalent combination of Qualification, Training and Experience
