Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts.
Analyze and assess supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and evaluation to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and financial regulations.
Monitor and track procurement metrics, providing regular reports to management on performance and cost savings.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement.
Train and mentor junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in procurement.
Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in Myanmar and English, both verbal and written
