Identify training needs with all Sales Management Team.
Project Management:
Able to manage projects, plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Minimum Degree in any related discipline
- 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
- Had experience in managing Field Sales team
1. Equally good at working independently and working in teams.
2. Ability to multitask and juggle several initiatives/projects simultaneously.
