  • The sales representative's responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to Sales Manager or Commercial Manager.
  • Ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities **
  • Create and develop new revenue on existing accounts/potential customers. *
  • Understanding the (local/foreign) market situation and must have courage to bring up new opportunities and customers.
  • Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads. *
  • Be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Have to prepare quotation about the company products such as 1) Multi-Modal Transport – included Rail, Cross Border Transport Services etc., 2) Dry Port, and 3) Warehousing Services.
  • Have to hit the target that set up by the sales team lead/ supervisors or managers set-up**
  • To follow long outstanding payment timely from the clients if long term over due
  • Any task assign by sales manager or commercial manager

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least Bachelor’s degree or Master degree
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics Sales & Marketing-related field **
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level.
  • Must have knowledge & experience of Multi-Modal Transport, warehousing, export & import process **
  • Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective Communication Skill
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, Well-organized and Self- Initiated skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and handling multi-tasks in very Dynamic Environment **
