o Develop and manage channel sales & distribution
o Up to 3,500,000 MMK + Annual Bonus

About the company

Client is International Air Condition Company, have divisions in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and vision is to bring the products in South East Asia.

The Role

● Develop and Implement sales strategies efficiently
● Responsible create new distributors and manage them in line with company objectives
● Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
● Heads up the recruitment, manage sales & operation and Myanmar Business Financial

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

● Minimum 3 years of sales & distribution experience in Air Condition Industry
● Strong market knowledge and extensive experience managing distributor and operation.
● Graduated with bachelor’s in electronic or relevant
● Business English Communication is compulsory
● Result Oriented, Great team spirit, strong people management and communication skills
