Manage stakeholder requirement and development process. (system analysis, software solution design, implementation)
Manage development of test plan and testing activities with relevant parties including user acceptance testing
Manage development schedule
Need to engage with Vendors/ Subcontractors related to Project Requirement
Inspection and troubleshooting of malfunction in applications on Billing system

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Experiences for Billing / Charging system or other system
Experience for drawing the definitions of requirements and the test scenario for billing system or other system
Telecom experience is preferable
Basic knowledge of project management & development procedure
Having IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent in English including communicating and presenting
Myanmar, Japanese and Chinese language are preferable
