To keep system monitoring for IT business systems in 24*7 by NMS software (Net Neumen , I2000, ZMC, Zabbix, Nagios etc ).
To inform all alarms ( service impact alarm, important alarm and abnormal KPI graph) to related vendor and responsibility department in time.
To escalate an issue to technical support team and responsibility department.
To communicate and collaborate with the related vendor.
To create the ITSM ticket when alarm occurs and furthermore calling , mailing and other software (Wechat).
To fill updated information daily in summarize document.
To deliver KPI report to related department (8Hourly ,Daily and Weekly) in time.
To handle the new upcoming systems.
