  • To collect the new DG population from the sales team.
  • To access customer phone calls for complaints and over the complaint data to service technicians.
  • To collect the spare parts list and inform the purchaser of the parts list for a parts order.
  • To register the service registry.
  • To collect and register the PDI checklist and commissioning checklist and report to India.
  • To collect and fill the PM service record in an Excel sheet.

To check the service tool lists with senior service engineers monthly

  • AGTI, BE (Mechanical)
  • Must have a good relationship & good positive attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word, internet Email)
  • Excellent Communication skills & Customer Service skills.
  • Must be able to speak English
