  • Systematically oversee and manage the entire service department.
  • Collaborate with mechanics to resolve customer complaints and warranty cases.
  • Plan, monitor, and delegate service tasks during and outside the warranty period.
  • Directly supervise mechanics' performance in a structured manner.
  • Accurately assess all aspects of service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Kubota Myanmar’s head office standards.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports and feedback.
  • Coordinate with Kubota Myanmar head office to participate in assessments and annual meetings.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in service centre management.
  • Experienced with Tractor / Combine Harvester technology.
  • Skilled in customer service, warranty handling, and service record management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Age between 25 and 50 years.
