  • Perform 24/7 Monitoring of CvBS and VAS and Mobile Money and CDMA AAA and DMS systems with Rotating shift Duties.
  • 8-Hourly, Daily and weekly KPI report for CvBS and VAS and Mobile Money and DMS system.
  • Weekly KPI Report for CDMA AAA severs.
  • Realtime monitoring of various CvBS and VAS and Mobile Money and CDMA AAA and DMS system servers through NMS softwares.
  • Timely informing to related Departments and Vendors for Critical and Major issues and manage to recover the alarms.
  • Timely updated information on Service Impact alarms.
  • Create ticketing for impact alarms and assign to related vendor.

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in information technology environment.
  2. In depth knowledge about Linux server and Networking.
  3. This position requires the ability to effectively prioritize and to be a proactive thinker.
  4. Ability to work with employees at all levels in a professional and proficient manner.
  5. Good healthy person.
  6. Ability to work 24/7 shift duty.
