  • Lead and supervise the outlet team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Monitor, guide, and provide training for staff to improve performance.
  • Prepare and submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and negotiations professionally.
  • Shop Branches must be inspected.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • Must be between (27) and (30) years of age.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience Supervisor level in Shop Management
  • Proficiency in  Microsoft office & POS.
  • Good communication, interpersonal & team work skill.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required by work needs.
