• Search regular new site and project weekly basic
• Regular follow up with potential landlord or a project or development
• Start negotiate the price if superior likes the new potential
• Handover to other responsible person to develop new site, such as applying business license,
• Make sure to connect with other department for new site opening
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
• Work with other departments for the site events and coordination.
• Find new site information through an agent, and proper channel
• Communicate closely with the landlords in lease negotiation.
• To collect market data (potential customers, populations, catchment, access route)
• Negotiate between Landlord Team & Property Management Team
• To physically go out to look for new sites, take photos, foot traffic count, count customers.
• Achieve objectives through effective planning and projecting future performance.
• To follow up new business opportunities and dealing with landlords.
• Conduct presentations and site visits to potential future stores and maintain good relationship with potential and existing landlords.
• To seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential landlords.
• Develop and regularly update a comprehensive site development plan, with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines

• Any Graduate.
• Honest , ethical , and dependable.
• Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in related field.
• Food or Beverage industry and Real Estate (Leasing) background/experience
• Must read/write/speak in English.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety and safety management
• Ability to work with government agencies in securing permits and licenses
• Familiarity with Myanmar law on HSE aspects
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) , Power Point.
