Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, MEP Engineering, etc.).

Senior Engineer qualification certificates are preferred.

Minimum 3 years of building construction site management experience.

Participated in at least one large-scale complex or public building project.

Familiar with Myanmar construction standards, safety regulations, and acceptance procedures.

Experience in cross-discipline coordination (civil, MEP, interior finishing) is preferred.

Experience with bus station or residential mixed-use projects is an advantage.

Proficient in building construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Able to prepare construction plans independently and guide on-site implementation.

Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues, sequencing conflicts, and safety hazards.

Skilled in schedule management: can prepare and track progress plans.

Proficient in CAD, MS Project, and other engineering management software; P6 experience is a plus.

Experienced in preparing technical documents and progress reports.

Organize and supervise construction activities; ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and schedules.

Control construction quality and safety; conduct inspections and corrective actions.

Coordinate between civil, MEP, and finishing works to prevent conflicts and improve workflow.

Communicate with consultant, owner, and subcontractors; manage on-site changes and variations.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure accurate filing.

Burmese language proficiency is mandatory; English fluency required; Chinese language skills preferred.

Must be able to reside full-time on site.

Strong leadership, coordination, and stress tolerance.

Strong safety management awareness and compliance with project safety rules.
