Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate civil, MEP, and architectural trades to maintain smooth workflow and prevent sequencing conflicts.

Prepare and implement construction method statements, work plans, and on-site technical instructions.

Monitor construction progress, update schedules, and report delays or issues to project management.

Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Identify and resolve technical problems, design discrepancies, and on-site construction issues promptly.

Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and quality audits to ensure full adherence to HSE regulations.

Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the owner’s representatives.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents in coordination with the engineering team.

Manage site documentation including daily reports, inspection records, test reports, and progress logs.

Verify completed work quantities and support the preparation of variation orders and progress claims.

Ensure construction activities comply with Myanmar construction codes, local regulations, and project contract requirements.

Attend coordination meetings and provide accurate updates on work status, challenges, and action plans.

Support project handover by completing documentation, as-built drawings, punch-list closeout, and final inspections.

Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, MEP Engineering, etc.).

Senior Engineer qualification certificates are preferred.

Minimum 3 years of building construction site management experience.

Participated in at least one large-scale complex or public building project.

Familiar with Myanmar construction standards, safety regulations, and acceptance procedures.

Experience in cross-discipline coordination (civil, MEP, interior finishing) is preferred.

Experience with bus station or residential mixed-use projects is an advantage.

Proficient in building construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Able to prepare construction plans independently and guide on-site implementation.

Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues, sequencing conflicts, and safety hazards.

Skilled in schedule management: can prepare and track progress plans.

Proficient in CAD, MS Project, and other engineering management software; P6 experience is a plus.

Experienced in preparing technical documents and progress reports.

Organize and supervise construction activities; ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and schedules.

Control construction quality and safety; conduct inspections and corrective actions.

Coordinate between civil, MEP, and finishing works to prevent conflicts and improve workflow.

Communicate with consultant, owner, and subcontractors; manage on-site changes and variations.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure accurate filing.

Burmese language proficiency is mandatory; English fluency required; Chinese language skills preferred.

Must be able to reside full-time on site.

Strong leadership, coordination, and stress tolerance.

Strong safety management awareness and compliance with project safety rules.
