  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) with 5 years of site experience in RC building and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction/structural drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, site measurement, quantity take-off, surveying, quality control, HSE, and construction codes.
  • Experienced in concrete works, formwork, rebar works, and inspection procedures.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (basic–intermediate) and MS Excel & Word, with knowledge of project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera).
  • Capable of site supervision, progress monitoring, daily reporting, material control, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, and ability to work under pressure while ensuring safety and quality compliance
