  • Repair cracks, leaks, or damaged areas on walls, ceilings, and floors.
  • Carry out building, furniture, ceiling, tile, and roofing maintenance and repair.
  • Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, and roofing systems regularly.
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections.
  • Properly handle painting tools, materials, and safety equipment.
  • Report maintenance issues, repair needs, and material requirements to the supervisor.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • BE Civil  or  Vocational Certificate holder in a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in painting, repair, or building maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in painting and surface preparation techniques.
  • Good knowledge of materials such as paints, thinners, brushes, rollers, and sealants.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing repair work.
  • Able to follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and responsibility in completing tasks.
  • Responsible, reliable, and well-disciplined.
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to perform preventive and corrective maintenance regularly.
