Take accountability on projects, project quality & safety, system drawing & system design, system survey, system presentation, system calculation format, work procedures to project effective and efficiently.
Managing Budget-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Assist to MD and General Manager to achieve objectives and business development.
Responsible for estimate project costing, project cash flow projection and project contract
Check project calculation & quotation, and quotation feedback
Project Management (Time/Quantity/Quality/Money/Manpower and Risk)
Managing, overseeing and inspection for all the projects and forecast to achieve the project milestones
Training and implement the processes & procedures for all the project team to meet quality standards and government regulations are complied with;
Monitoring & maintain the project’s processes & procedures with installation progress
Responsible for site safety, HSE, PPE of every projects
Responsible for attending project management meeting & presentation,
Coordination with client/ consultant/ main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and solve customer complaints
Monitoring and controlling the project’s data records (documentations, photos, stocks)
Monitoring to subordinates performance and make proper job delegation effectively.
Maintain and follow up the company rule & regulation for onsite.
