Job Purpose:

To focus on developing promotional programs that attract business from distributors and retailers.

Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify category plans including range and merchandise proposals
• Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development
• Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales
• Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives
• Responsible to drive end-to-end visibility execution across region-wide to ramp-up the brand visibility.
• Responsible to execute Channel Engagement Events & Activities, Geo Intervention Activations while coordinating along with regional Sales teams & Central
• Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives
• Flawlessly execute launches to gain maximum distribution
• Work to develop trade communications - traditional and digital
• Tax related function liaise with Government Relation, Sale Teams and CDC’s Officer
• APNs & Claims process for all trade campaigns which given by central
• WH Management
• R & R preparation
• Be accountable for other certain tasks assigned from immediate supervisor.

Education

• University degree.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field, preferably experience in telecommunications 
• Organizing and administrative skills to manage paperwork
• Willing to travel 
• Good presentation skill and fluency in English is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Esp. Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical - ability to analyze large amounts of data
