Job Responsibilities

• Manage retail staffs, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets
• Additional duties as needed for retail outlets

Job Requirements

• Any University Graduate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 2 years sales experience ( retail sales experience in telecom or electronic products is added value )
• Well verse in customer management skill, strong organizational skill, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques.
