•    Providing prompt and excellent system administrative services to all functional units.
•    Establish clear administrative procedures and processes which facilitate work efficiency and effectiveness, reducing waiting times and cost, and excellent customer experience. 
•    Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
•    Performing routine server maintenance to include installation of hardware and OS patches, hotfixes, updates, etc.
•    Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
•    Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutions.
•    Installs, maintains, manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
•    Applying operation systems updates, patches and configuration changes.
•    Additional duties as assigned.
 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science and or equivalent technical training.
•    Customer-centricity mindset, with a minimum of 5 years of system administration supervisory experience.
•    Experience in installing, maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server, Linux/Unix based server environments.
•    Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
•    Experiences in virtualization and cloud environment (e.g., VMWare)
•    Experiences in monitoring systems.
•    Knowledge of Data Center technologies
•    Knowledge of IBM server preferred
•    Some working knowledge of life insurance operations, preferred. 
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
•    Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and creativity in resolving unique and challenging administrative problems.
•    Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate both internally and externally with stakeholders and business partners.
