Reporting to Head of System Engineer, under the supervision of Assistant Head of System Engineer
Will work closely with other operation teams such as Sales Team and IT Team
In charge of Project Implementation, Product Training and Client Support
Participating in Project Kick-offs to learn the nature of client’s business and operation flow
Working closely with clients to meet the requirements and standards, implementing the system accordingly
Precisely following the supervision and guidelines, following the project plan, timeline and milestones set up by Project Manager
Conducting product trainings to the employees of clients
Supporting the clients’ enquiries and handling feedback in a professional manner

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate
At Least (1) year above Software Engineer or Product Engineer experience
Intermediate English Language Skill
A cooperative person, having teamwork skills
A good communicator, both to colleagues and clients
Adequate knowledge in English, IT and/or Business
Works well under pressure
To have ERP/HRMS/CRM Software Knowledge
