• Lead the technical support team to perform design, detailing and estimating functions for all product line.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations departments on engineering information required for quotation, projects and customer orders.
• Provide technical advise and information to internal and external customer
• Development of engineering work procedures, performance standards, tools and staff skills.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineer
• 5-7 years’ experience in Structural Steel Building design, particularly in cold form design
• Design knowledge for both Ranbuild, Smart Truss & Bondek Software
• Have some experience in construction site working is an advantage
• Initiative and quick learning
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong English communication ability
• Good presentation and training skills
• Understand computer software for structural design is preferred.
