  • Professionally manage incoming calls and registration personnel.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to maintain consistency in customer interactions.
  • Share insights and feedback to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Work directly with prospects and customers via telephone, and email to describe services.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities, meetings, and presentations to further discuss potential collaborations.
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Maintain record of client contact information
  • Keep record of calls for useful information.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to maintain consistency in customer interactions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is highly advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the registration processes and related services is a plus.   
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Education Field.
