Responsible for identifying key doctors by product wise along with MMO and PE.
Monitor the progress on prescription generation.
Responsible for ensuring all subordinates have a monthly call plan and follow call plan .
Monitor the sales target achievement of subordinates and guide to achieve the target.
Responsible for sharing market feedback / finding to concerned persons.
Responsible for training / coaching subordinates.

Good people skill ( Leading motivation ).
Good product and market knowledge.
Presentation skill.
Good coaching skill & analytical skill.
Minimum Five years in relevant field.
Any Graduate (More Prefer B Pharm or M.B.B.S Candidates).
