Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with respective tower company to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules
• Assists with administrative preparation for various tower company meetings
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to the respective tower company• Report all site acquisition activities on assigned tower-co.
• Prepare project reports and deliver to project staff
• Assist with data collection, validation, and ongoing processes in various internal and tower-co•
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
• 3+ years of project admin experience required (with 1+ years’ experience as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred.) .
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and possess strong problem solving / analytical skill
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Site Acquisition experience is preferred
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to travel occasionally as required
• Must be willing and able to quickly identify and learn department functions; existing processes; and procedures independently
• Strong process documentation skills are desired
