• Responsible for Planning and alignment within the regions on ground activities
• Responsible to meet the monthly/weekly project assigned by the management.
• Visit dealer’s outlets to ensure all the POSMs (Point of Sales) are being arranged accordingly into all OM outlets and street level
• Responsible to improve dealer engagement and customer service level
• Responsible to prepare and submit weekly sales report to Manager in timely manner.
• Leading a team of an ground regional distributor merchandisers to perform Ooredoo Myanmar outlets POSM (Point of Sales) branding and follow Ooredoo Myanmar branding guidelines
• Managing appointed Suppliers, government bodies both exclusively and also the continuous quality improvement.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• University Graduate, Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration (Or) MBA would be preferable
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG and telecommunications related industries
• Ability to use MS Office 2000 particularly Excel (V-LOOKUP, Pivot), Power Point Presentation and Internet Email
• Good Communications in both English and Myanmar
