- Assess training needs for employees
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan which meet with the requirements of employees
- Develop contents and deliver training to the sales teams, operations teams and agents
- Conduct soft-skills and functional training
- Manage training budget
- Preparing reports and data related to training
- Manage team members

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 8 years of working experiences in training field and minimum 4 years of working experiences in management level.
- Active listening and communication skills
- Good Presentation and facilitation skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
- Good command of both spoken and written English with presentation skills
