  • Execute and deliver quality and effective training to different audience from various distribution channels
  • Provide training on essentials of insurance, products, soft skills and selling skills
  • Develop and maintain training program containing training objectives, syllabus, content and activities to meet training needs
  • Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their applications after the program
  • Lead, train and develop trainers
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree with minimum 2 years of training experiences in the insurance industry
  • Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation
  • Good presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
  • Persuasive and able to convey ideas, plus negotiation and influcencing skills
  • Abel to handle conflicts and self-motivated in difficult situations
  • Displays high learning orientation and likes to innovate to achieve goals
  • Proficient in written English and Myanmar Fonts typing
  • Proficient in MS Office
