This position supports the trust officer(Trust – International Banking Department ) in the administration and daily activities of all account types.
The trust operations specialist will support the goals of the firm by providing excellent service to our clients while maintaining fiduciary and regulatory standards.
Responsible for account opening, daily disbursement activity and check writing if needed. • Maintenance of daily account activity. • Daily balancing of activity in Trust accounts. • Cross train on Custody desk as the backup. • Initiates and implements changes in trust operations procedures as needed. • Prepares and submits various reports to management. • Charged with special Trust projects, from origination to completion.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Knowledgeable of general accounting principles. Knowledge of Branch Banking, CRM, Account Maintenance and Core Banking Software. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, particularly Excel. Must possess initiative. Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions with minimal input from management. Must be able to work well under pressure.
Four-year degree in Accounting, Business Management or Finance preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.
