1) Responsible for the overall work of the company's electrical, to solve the problems of external power, implementation of energy-saving emission reduction plans and lead implementation.
2) For the electrical construction of new construction projects, do a good job in the construction of electricity, ensure safety, formulate electrical emergency plans, and organize implementation.
3) Formulate various maintenance plans, safety rectifications and promote implementation, formulate and implement annual electrical work plans, and make annual/monthly work summary reports.
4) Understand the ideological dynamics of electrical personnel, build a development platform for employees, do a good job of employees' ideological work, organize and execute various training work.
5) Timely check that the data records of the handover shifts of the teams are correct and that the maintenance records are perfect, analyze the working status of each team, and take effective measures in time to improve the efficiency.
6) Punish and educate those who violate the silo management system.
7) Compile the operation SOP and provide the training
8) Responsible for employee safety inspection and rectification of the workshop.

1) Education: Bachelor degree or above;
2) Professional qualification: electrician certificate;
3) Working experience: At least 4 years of experiences in related electrical work.
4) Professional experience: graduated in electrical major (electricity, electromechanical, electronics, automation);
5) Ability requirements: skilled use of office software and drawing software;
6) Language requirements: Burmese and English.
