  • To handle and solve the customers' complaints related with VAS systems (MA,IPTV) by communicating with business partners,highly technical teams, and internal business teams as well. In addition, categorize the issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
  • Supporting technically operation and maintenance of Day to Day VAS activities of MA and IPTV.
  • To manage,control and monitor daily project works,instructions and progress.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations. 
  • Attend meetings with partners and related counterpart departments to discuss on project-related matters.
  • To effectively manage the new projects as per timeline.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor of Engineering (IT)   
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Telecom Industry (IT-VAS system management)
  • LTE Radio Planning and Optimisation
  • EPC CN Product Operation and Maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship in a multi-cultural.
  • Flexible and adopt quickly to new working environments.
  • Strong communications skill with different teams,partners and business partners as well.
