Monitor warehouse utilization for all warehouses
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Organize physical count of inventory with Finance department and the company’s auditors
Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company’s goals or objectives
Review daily and monthly report and identify improvement with LSP
Working in relation to production departments, quality assurance, and supply chain analysts in the organization
Examining, identifying, planning and managing warehousing processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job result
Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce
Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies
Perform other related duties as assigned

5+ years warehouse experience
Ability to handle multiple projects and also work independently
Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software (SAP or D365 or ERP)
Able to work in Thilawa Economic Zone
