•Direction, coordination and evaluation of products and supplies between packing and transportation operations
•Supervision of Cold Store facility employees who receive, pull orders, rotate stock and receive both refrigerated and frozen inventory in a safe and efficient manner
•Planning, assigning and directing daily work
•Ensuring the accuracy of all product inventories
•Interviewing, hiring and training of employees within the Cold Store facility
•Accountable for maintaining and promoting a zero accident safety culture
•Collaborating with various internal departments including accounting, human resources, logistics, grower relations, safety and production

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience handling the listed duties within a cold store environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork
