Position Summary: The TA Staff members support the end-of-the-end recruitment lifecycle. You will be the "face" of the company for many candidates, ensuring that the hiring process moves quickly, professionally, and seamlessly while supporting the TA Staff in meeting departmental hiring goals. Book physical meeting rooms for in-office interviews or generate and verify secure video conferencing links (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) for remote sessions. Send formal interview invitations to candidates, providing them with "Prep Kits" (interviewer bios, office directions, or technical requirements). Ensure all internal interviewers have the necessary candidate resumes, scorecards, and interview guides at least 24 hours before the appointment. Use LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary tests to verify basic qualifications and interest. Manage the logistics of the interview process, including scheduling across multiple time zones and coordinating with hiring managers.
