Key Area Ensure 90% of shipments are cleared in timely manner in order not to pay damange and detention charges Ensure all customers duty, commercial taxes and other taxes are to be levied and correct Apply and obtain required import license in timely manner Track and collect all pertaining documents before arrival of the cargo Disseminanting all pertaining shipment documents to account department that are necessary for SAP processing before the clearance of the cargo Update 100% of tax exemption status and update the changes of other laws, rules & regulations Inform to shipper and international procurement managers and concerned parties in timely manner for the incidents of damage and quality claimants and ensure company gets back the claimed amount. Other Area Manage the Import/Export process and ensure compliance with local and foreign government laws and regulations Expedite the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentations and transportations Oversee the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with distribution in a timely manner Negotiate with clients and handle issues with customs officials Consultation to the principals and suppliers regarding insurances, duties and taxes Liaise with principals and suppliers to resolve any shipment related documentations discrepencies to ensure smooth clearance process Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports processes Control any delay that may occur during the export and import process Apply required import license on time Perform shipment clearance on time Plan and prepare for adequate foreign currency reserve to make the supplier payments Process the payments to oversea suppliers on time Process tax refund and deposit refund from the government in timely manner Ensure minimizing unnecessary expenses Prepare and provide accurate management reporting periodically in timely manner Follow the rules and regulations and maintain the requirements of Quality Management System in accordance with ISO guidelines Ensure the current working procedures are in compliance with specified SOPs Train and supervise the staffs to get knowledge of specified SOPs and process in order to comply with its requirements Ensure department related documents are archived in accordance with the corporate document retension policy Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management
Supervise daily lubricant blending operations including Automatic Batch Blending (ABB), In-Line Blending (ILB), and Drum Decanting Units (DDU). Ensure all blends are produced according to approved master formulations, including correct additive sequence, temperature, and blending procedures. Coordinate with the Quality Control Laboratory for pre-blend and post-blend analysis and manage corrective actions for off-spec batches. Monitor heating systems, boilers, and steam lines to maintain proper temperatures for different viscosity grades. Manage product changeovers and ensure strict cross-contamination prevention procedures. Monitor raw material usage, base oil inventory, and additive levels to support continuous production. Lead and supervise blending technicians and operators to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, particularly for hot oil handling and pressurized systems. Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation in ERP systems.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of raw materials, additives, packaging materials, and finished lubricants. • Oversee loading and unloading operations to ensure safe and efficient material movement. Inventory Management: • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using ERP or warehouse management systems. • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. • Monitor stock levels and report material shortages or excess inventory. • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow. • Prepare and submit warehouse reports, stock movement records, and dispatch documentation. • Ensure all goods received and dispatched are properly documented. Team Supervision: • Supervise warehouse staff including storekeepers, forklift operators, and warehouse assistants. • Provide training and guidance to ensure efficient and safe operations. Safety & Compliance: ▪ Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies in the warehouse. ▪ Maintain proper housekeeping and storage practices to prevent damage, spills, or accidents.Technical Skills: ▪ Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems. ▪ Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). ▪ Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet systems.

Maintain of local currency, USD and THcash account and responsible for recording cash transactions in spread sheet and system. Performing physical cash count by reconciliation with account balance everyday. Collect, verify, ensure accuracy, and systematically organize all financial documents including supporting documents (i.e. vouchers, invoices, PR, PO, etc) in the Finance Unit. Verify invoices and ascertain that the equipment, supplies or services were duly receibed or provided before preceding the payment. Responsible for Cash/Cheque disbursements to suppliers and staff members. Assist in settlement of expense claim of all staffs. Coordinate with respective staffs to verify the accuracy and ensure completion of the claim and supporting documents. Ensure to check and make sure to be minimum level of cash in safe everyday. Assist in coordinating and liaison with external entity (i.e. banks, vendors, debtors, tax offices, auditors, etc) Responsible for treasury function of the company which includes: Ensure an effective banking system is maintained (local, USD and TH currency bank account), record local, USD and TH currency bank transaction in system. Check inventory record and balance maintain in the factory by monthly basis. Assist in production of management accounts, statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, strategy plans, audit of accounts and evaluation of capital expenditures. Will also be responsible for handling the Manufacturing accounts Will also be responsible for handling Tax related calculation and compliance Fixed Assets Management Handle other tasks that may be assigned by Management as the need arises.
Serve as the administrator for the HRIS, ensuring 100% data accuracy, security, and system optimization. Generate monthly departmental reports on headcount, turnover, and operational efficiency for the Head of HR. Oversee the administrative "back-end" of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed with precision. Maintain a rigorous digital filing system, ensuring all personnel files are updated and meet data privacy standards. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR administrative tasks and maintain the Employee Handbook. Facilitate a smooth administrative transition for new hires coming from the Talent Acquisition department. Provide the Compensation & Benefit department with accurate and verified data inputs (new joiners, contract changes) for monthly payroll processing. Partner with the Head of HR and Department Heads to design, track, and report on organizational and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage the technical side of the performance management cycle (appraisals, mid-year reviews) within the HRIS. Design and execute the annual Employee Engagement Survey and pulse surveys. Lead comprehensive internal HR audits to ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, data privacy and internal SOPs. Identify potential legal or operational risks within the employee lifecycle and implement corrective actions.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to hire managers, providing real-time employee market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and structured interview training. Oversee the rigorous screening, technical evaluation, and complex offer negotiations for senior and specialized roles. Design and facilitate integration programs that bridge the gap between "hired" and "productive," with a specific focus on cultural immersion and regulatory compliance for both local and expatriate talent.
