Make sure for the completion of audit engagement as annual plan. Well support to Second In-charge and HOD for all auditing process. Identify and quantify the significant risk during engagement. Make sure for relevant competency level and code of conducts. Ensure for the effective communication with audit clients. Other duty assigned by HOD and Second In-charged.
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding). Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management. Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation reviews. Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and office supplies procurement. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (physical and digital). Manage contracts, service providers, and vendor relationships.
Identify, target, and develop business opportunities with corporate clients and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate insurance products (e.g., Group Life, Health, Property, Fire, Marine, etc.). Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to pitch solutions and services. Work closely with underwriting, operations, and claims departments to develop client-centric solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks. Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
