  • Conduct building and property risk assessments for commercial and industrial risks.
  • Assess building construction, structural condition, materials, age, alterations, and general physical condition.
  • Identify potential building and structural risks, including those related to seismic and other natural catastrophe exposures.
  • Prepare risk assessment reports with clear findings and practical recommendations.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify relevant building and property information.
  • Support Underwriting, Claims, and Business Development teams on risk-related matters.
  • Support assessment of fire, electrical, mechanical, occupancy, storage, and other property risks when required.
  • Keep updated on relevant building standards, risk engineering practices, and insurance requirements.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction/structural engineering, building assessment, property inspection, or related fields.
  • Insurance or risk engineering experience is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of building construction and structural condition assessment.
  • Basic understanding of seismic risk and property risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of fire protection, electrical/mechanical systems, and other property risks is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Ability to conduct site visits and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English and Myanmar languages.
