  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into insightful and actionable business metrics and dashboards.
  • Design and develop compelling data visualizations and reports that provide clear, meaningful insights to non-technical business users.
  • Define and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for all business metrics. Ensure all BI solutions adhere to established standards for data governance, security, and quality.
  • Map business metrics to underlying datasets, manage the extraction of data from various sources, and maintain the integrity of the data flow from source to dashboard.
  • Responsible for data extraction, data creation, and the maintenance of existing data flow.
  • Perform duplicate data record check and data accuracy validation and work closely with cross functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Optimize Power BI reports, data models, queries, and data-processing processes to improve performance and refresh efficiency.
  • Ensure BI solutions follow agreed standards for data governance, security, data quality, and development.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, data flow documentation, report specifications, and project-related documentation.
  • Continuously explore and adopt new BI, data, cloud, and analytics technologies to improve reporting and business decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data-related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and report optimization.
  • Experiences with Python, PHP, ETL tools and SQL scripting languages.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse (DWH), Dataflows, and related data engineering components.
  • Willingness to learn, adopt new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
