5)Systematically store Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and maintain them so that they can be retrieved and reviewed whenever necessary.

6)Regularly reconciling the physical stock quantity in the warehouse with the withdrawal records.

7)Collaborating with the Warehouse/Stock Team to ensure accurate inventory control.

8)Investigating discrepancies between stock records and warehouse withdrawal/issuance records, and reporting the findings to the relevant manager.

1)(Any Degree) or a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management – ​​holders of these qualifications will be given priority.

2)Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, including experience working as a Supervisor or Team Lead.

3)Must have experience managing 10 or more delivery vehicles.

4)You must have a solid understanding of pre-order fulfillment and logistics operations processes.

5)Cash collection tracking and document audits must be carried out systematically.

6)Must be proficient in using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
