1)To oversee and manage General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and regional sales branches, with the objectives of meeting sales targets, enhancing team performance, and increasing market share.

2)Sales Strategy and Execution: Covering GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and all regional sales (ensuring the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets).

3)Conducting collection activities for MT (Modern Trade) and regional sales channels.

4)Ensure that payments made via bank transfer are processed and received in a timely manner.

5)Market Expansion: Developing and implementing strategies for Modern Trade and the broader market.

6)To work in close collaboration with the Operations Team.

7)Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Manager, including regular sales analyses, payment collection status (cash/bank transfers), and market information reports.

1)Must hold a university degree (any degree). Preference will be given to those with a BBA degree.

2)Candidates must have at least 4 to 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG food manufacturing and distribution sector, including experience working as a Supervisor or Team Lead.

3)Must be an expert in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and regional distribution processes.

4)Must possess strong leadership qualities and be capable of effectively implementing team-based projects.

5)You must have practical experience with payment and settlement processes, such as cash, credit, and bank transfers.

6)Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
