Job Purpose: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions at the factory level, ensuring smooth workforce operations and employee well-being. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture in alignment with company values and policies. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads to assess and plan staffing requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory positions. Lead onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Provide advice to Group HR on HR policies and procedures to reflect the changing people’s needs of the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with factory employees and line managers. Maintain accurate HR records including attendance, leaves, employment contract, and employee personnel files. Manage and maintain the HRIS system. Supervise payroll inputs, overtime, and shift allowances in coordination with payroll teams. Manage employee benefits such as uniforms, accommodation, transportation, and meals. Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs. Promote compliance and safety-related training in collaboration with HSE teams. Track training effectiveness and maintain development records. Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process. Work with supervisors to set KPIs and performance improvement plans. Provide coaching and feedback support across departments. Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales targets and brand objectives. Plan and execute in-store promotions, POS materials, and trade activities. Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities. Manage the promotional budget and ensure ROI on trade spend. Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Distribution teams to ensure aligned execution. Monitor and report on trade marketing KPIs and performance. Build strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Evaluating company accounting procedures, payroll, inventory, and tax statements to guide financial policymaking. Conducting risk assessments to recommend aversion measures and cost savings. Following up with management to ensure remediations are implemented into the company's financial practices. Supervising junior auditing personnel and implementing their research work into the auditing process. Preparing and reviewing annual audit memorandums. Researching applicable federal and state laws and regulations to ensure the company's books are compliant.

Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Group Marketing Teams, ensuring alignment with channel strategy. Track sales volumes, revenues, and cost trends against forecasts and budget calendars. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Line Manager.
Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans and marketing calendars for Goody Oil and Rice. Support ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, trade activities, and consumer engagement programs. Coordinate with advertising agencies, media agencies, designers, and printers to ensure timely execution of campaigns. Ensure brand guidelines and consistency across all communication materials. Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis for oil and rice categories. Track market trends, pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Prepare regular brand performance reports, including sales analysis and campaign effectiveness. Support new product development (NPD), relaunches, and packaging improvements. Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and production teams on product specifications and timelines. Monitor product quality feedback and consumer complaints in coordination with QA and Customer Service teams. Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support channel-specific activities. Assist in preparing sales tools, product presentations, POSM, and trade promotion materials. Participate in distributor meetings, trade shows, and in-market executions. Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses. Prepare purchase requests, invoices, and campaign documentation. Support the Brand Manager in presentations to management.
Support ATL/BTL campaign development and execution in collaboration with agencies and internal teams. Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Media, and Finance teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively executed in market.Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategies. Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, including control panels, wiring, motors, sensors, and PLC systems. Carry out routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and electrical equipment to ensure reliable operation. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, compressors, and other production equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment usage records. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements, including issues affecting production machinery.
· Ensure full compliance with the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP requirements. · Conduct proper inspection and evaluation of in-process samples and finished goods, including laboratory and microbiological results. · Accurately record data in SAP and promptly report any deviations or discrepancies to the relevant Manager. · Monitor and comply with all Quality Control Parameters (QCP) specified during production processes. · Implement instructions and corrective actions immediately as required by business operations. · Complete all assigned duties efficiently and within specified timelines
