Job Purpose: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions at the factory level, ensuring smooth workforce operations and employee well-being. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture in alignment with company values and policies. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads to assess and plan staffing requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory positions. Lead onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Provide advice to Group HR on HR policies and procedures to reflect the changing people’s needs of the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with factory employees and line managers. Maintain accurate HR records including attendance, leaves, employment contract, and employee personnel files. Manage and maintain the HRIS system. Supervise payroll inputs, overtime, and shift allowances in coordination with payroll teams. Manage employee benefits such as uniforms, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
