Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage the promotional budget and ensure ROI on trade spend.
Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Distribution teams to ensure aligned execution.
Monitor and report on trade marketing KPIs and performance.
Build strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Experience in handling nationwide promotions and key account trade planning.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and trade marketing tools.
