A Big Opportunity for ...

Develop and update recruitment strategies, policies, processes for all levels to ensure optimum results
Manpower planning and participates in all recruitment processes of screening, interviewing, medical checkup process, preparing offer letter, and endorsement
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, monitor requisition approvals and obtain approval and link up with hiring managers and advise on clarifications, changes and resolve issues, if any
Source, recommend and establish the most appropriate sourcing channels.
Planning, implementing and monitoring recruitment budget including agency fees, career fairs, medical checkup, and as required
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Design recruitment related forms and updates
Assist in talent retention and development
Advise and update on recruitment related matters
Perform or participate in projects as assigned
Coach and develop team members

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Any graduate; an HR Diploma or MBA is preferred.
At least eight years of working experience in the recruitment function within manufacturing and distribution businesses is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Proficient in English and MS Office applications.
Proven experience in participating in the A–Z process of job fairs.
Ability to work with staff at all levels, with a high level of commitment and a long-term career mindset.
